Agreed! And if I pay hundreds of dollars to get my eyes checked and then order glasses from the in house optician then I shouldn’t be hassled about asking for that measurement 😂🤝
I agree. I’ll give a PD to people that just walk in, I don’t mind. The problems began to emerge when people would bring in 5 pairs of glasses to be adjusted when Zenni and others became popular. Also, the lenses are poor quality and not well made, so the customer thinks the Rx is off. Now we have to troubleshoot the problem. $
