I avoid lifting heavy during fight camps. Speed, explosiveness, and cardio are more important for Muay Thai 🥊

But now that I haven't had a fight booked all summer, I've been putting up bigger numbers during lifting sessions. I really enjoy the change of pace. Heavy squats are fun 🤙
