Oh dear god 🥶 not that pop up again too many memories

Still waiting on my Limewire download from ‘97

Okay.

I remember waiting days with my friends for Metrowerks CodeWarrior to download over an ADSL connection. We’d take turns keeping watch to make sure we still had connection. 🤦‍♂️

My kids restart their computer less in a year than I did in an hour in 1993.

I remember when we got our first 512kbps DSL modem. Wooooo we were cooking then.

Hang in there, just 11 more years to go. ⚡️while you wait.

I remember upgrading to a 14.4kbps modem when they first came out. So fast compared to 9600. 56k was straight living in the future.

The dude paid off his mortgage and still has another decade to wait for that file.

Don't forget after waiting 34 years you get this message

I 'member

Oh no, the horror of the ninetees.. 😅

I had 14.4kbit (max 1.65KB/s on a very very very good day) :-( .....

The bar is halfway. So you did already 40 years of downloading. 💪

Microsoft's understanding of percentages has always been a bit dubious, tho...
