Is it possible to stream video with nostr? Like you could load videos to multiple relay, And the you could grab parts of video from multiple relays. Kind of like how torrents work?

I don't know of anything like this at the moment, but it would be cool to have a NIP which incorporated a decentralized system like IPFS or Torrents into #nostr clients to stream decentralized videos.
Would be interesting to know for me too.

Did some research. I do thinks this is very possible. But it wouldn't rely on NOSTr as much as I was thinking.
