The graffiti in Prague bothers me. I strongly suspect it's a remnant of it's communist past where people didn't learn responsibility.

Have you been to Paris or France in general, I always felt it’s worse there.

It comes along with an actual freedom to do shit here. The opposite of an HOA or an uptight US or European old rich neighborhoods.
There's more communists in Brussels or in the Elizabeth Warren's suburb than in Prague, but no grafitti there.
Freedom doesn't come in a uniform, and isn't maintained by following the old rules.
