at this point it’s a badge that shows up in damus so other damus users know you don’t receive reaction notifications. It does remove reactions for you, but not for them as it initially did. Makes some sense in #sideus because you still have a zap button, if you using zapplepay you still need to send reactions so you won’t be able to zap.
