Play is when an activity or exercise fills you up with excitement and satisfaction.

I don't recommend exercising unless it feels like play to you. If it doesn't, find something that does.

Ideas: climbing, walks in nature, wrestling with your kids, sprinting with your dog, mace flow, swimming, lifting, f*cking the wife, etc...

Climbing is definitely a good one! Get fit, strong and better at problem-solving and body awareness, all while having fun. Would recommend V10/V10
