choose the number...for each user seems too much to manage.
Is difficult something like that for # ??? I answer from my ignorance
i meant if you want to keep tabs on every npub and select whats the max number of hashtags you allow from them, at this point you need an internal data base to keep track.
but something like your screenshot, its a config file.
