I've been interested in learning more about this type of engineering. Any quality links to share?
Unfortunately no. I know there is some good stuff on the weather manipulation used in Vietnam, but I don't really know how much ability they have to build & steer hurricanes, if any.
I remember watching a video about one of the past hurricanes that went WAY north & someone was suggesting that chemtrails & HAARP were used to heat or cool the air to strengthen & direct the hurricane.
I saved a picture/meme of a bunch of USGovt patents for weather manipulation but I need to verify and read those patents

We aren’t going to account for a massive solar flare and the earth’s magnetic forces bracing for impact? Just going out on a limb here, but watch for earthquakes and volcanoes this week too. I don’t think the conspiracy is fully fletched out here.
I choose to believe that the people ruling us cannot or would not do this. I hope cannot and would not are both true.
I don't get how this works. I know cloud seeding is a thing, but that just makes a storm dump more rain now as opposed to later. Sometimes weather is just crazy and unpredictable. Hurricanes are driven by warm ocean water more than anything else from what I remember.
The feds can barely keep their navy manned. They don't control everything.
