Not sure if I replied to you before. But I believe I cracked the code on dieting for weight loss.

I started my career in 2012. Gained a lot of weight after that due to the lifestyle change.

That’s when I took it seriously and developed a new weight loss approach.

I started testing it and tracking my results.

You can clearly see when I was using my weight loss approach, and when I was off.
