This is really good and exactly the type of thinking I’d like to see more of.

If nostr is for everyone, I believe we should experiment with other signup methods.

Maybe they don’t work in the long term or we learn or some vulnerabilities that make this impractical but it’s worth exploring anyway. Besides, if we don’t, someone else will. nostr:note19hspmaeyvdfaud7h4jlwtrxe448xlhdj08z2lvht2lds66uw06esmm3n2r

I think you are on the right track, honestly.

If we want Nostr to be a legitimate alternative to Twitter, there needs to be less friction in the on-boarding of new users.

Right now it's not intuitive for people that are not already in the computer/crypto space and perhaps we have to sacrifice security a little for more convenience for the people that want it.

We don't want Nostr to end up being a novelty space for Bitcoiners. I think a lot of us want this to be a space for everyone.

Same. I wish for broad adoption. It’s not like we can stop what someone develops anyway. If it’s possible, someone will think of it and make it down the road.

I don’t wish to be correct in anything, just to share random thoughts in case someone reading thinks of ways to make it better / work without major downsides.

I'm not against the idea of wallet connect

I want to implement connect to GitHub and sync between Issues and kind-1 notes

Experimentation good
