not too too unlike big ag w cereal πŸ₯£ and seed oils πŸ›’οΈ, big lobster 🦞 made alotta people believe eating lobster was fancy and delicious but it’s one of the worst seafoods in terms of both texture and flavor. chicken is better for at least being very versatile. tofu is way better than both for having a nice delicate nutty flavor, many different textures and many ways to manipulate and cook.

regular lobster might be good only cause of the butter salt and garlicβ€”not bc of the lobster. rather have garlic toast.

rlly good lobster rolls are good cuz of the butter smothered soft garlic bread and well seasoned aioli, celery, onion, green onion bits and dill n stuff. the lobster is just an excuse for the aioli. hope yours isn’t done w seed oil! πŸ˜‚

i suppose lobster bisque can be fancy when really done with lobster. seems like quite a delicacy to get lobsterness out of a lobster. a lot to extract from just the lobster its lobster essence. …then the pieces of lobster meat sitting in the soup be like, oh yeah, how do you like me now?

If Big Lob are the ones who use their own boats, they aint so big and bad like big ag or big oh. if big lob is made of all the ones who use their own boats to feed their families and themselves, that’s pretty cool to live off the land the way they do now. They do it sustainably these days. They respect nature, the ocean and all the creatures of the sea. They know they’re not so big.

Lobster is one of the few seafoods I can stand, and I actually really enjoy it.

i’m joking around. sorry it’s often really bad πŸ˜….

but i’m trending these days to no seafood, but ill still enjoy yellowtail (collar, esp) and salmon. a great tuna salad sandwich. scallops. crab. okay, i guess i still like lots of seafood, but not really craving it any more since ive been eating beef again.

curious why you don’t really like other seafoods…?

My family didn’t eat much seafood when I was growing up, and I never got used to the taste or texture, and I still find them really offputting.

I recently discovered I like crab leg and claw (but not body meat) and I’ve also always liked scallops and calamari / octopus.

When I was a little kid I liked smoked salmon until I had some that wasn’t smoked as much as I was used to, and I actually tasted fish instead of smoke πŸ˜…

crab leg n claw are so good πŸ˜‹ ive heard that a lot where people who don’t grow up w seafood find it gross. kinda explains to me why you like lobster. it’s β€œblank” to me. super plain.

smoked salmon always seems like a good idea. but i only like it in very small doses.
