rlly good lobster rolls are good cuz of the butter smothered soft garlic bread and well seasoned aioli, celery, onion, green onion bits and dill n stuff. the lobster is just an excuse for the aioli. hope yours isnβt done w seed oil! π

i suppose lobster bisque can be fancy when really done with lobster. seems like quite a delicacy to get lobsterness out of a lobster. a lot to extract from just the lobster its lobster essence. β¦then the pieces of lobster meat sitting in the soup be like, oh yeah, how do you like me now?
If Big Lob are the ones who use their own boats, they aint so big and bad like big ag or big oh. if big lob is made of all the ones who use their own boats to feed their families and themselves, thatβs pretty cool to live off the land the way they do now. They do it sustainably these days. They respect nature, the ocean and all the creatures of the sea. They know theyβre not so big.
