Cut a cross in it and hammer some wedges into it until it splits all the way down the Taproot. Bonus points if you can get a truck and a tow strap around the split stump.

Renting a crappy stump grinder. (Rentals, unless brand new, are usually horribly beat and not super effective.)

Just heard this on Billy Bond's podcast: drill a few holes into it and pee into the holes. Nitrogen + carbon: apparently the stump decomposes pretty fast. Billy claims they fall apart within a year or two.
