Just recorded a pod that's made me want to go do ayahuasca...

My wife and I came to the medicine work in our 50s. Has been transformational to say the very least. For us individually. And as a couple. Also for our adult children.

But as we say to all our close friends, only go if you feel “called” to it. It’s real work.

And as already said on this thread, only drink with an experienced (team of) authentic shaman from the lineage of the medicine they are serving.

We have a few excellent contacts in Costa Rica. Let me know if you want more info…
