Would you cut it right under the flower or would you leave some stem ? π #elderflower

You leave some stem if you want to hung them to get dried. Otherwise you need just the flowers if it is the plant i think it is. What i think it is, is good for coughing
I think that would consume lots of space drying them like that. I thought of cutting the flowers off and dry it in some flat box :) but got you! Thanks for your thoughts.
Yes they help with flu symptoms! We still have lots of syrup at home :D otherwise Iβd make some syrup. Iβm thinking of making a tincture, too! But therefor I need alcohol π
