Ifastnet. I've been using them for over 5 years, they do a pretty good job.
They got back to me, it seems there was a hardware issue overnight and they are working on it. Probably a melted board lol.
Things are starting to come back up, just waiting on them to get it all restored. Looks like it'll be back up soon.
If u use wordpress, install and configure updraft and keep a backup copy of your site somewhere else
Yeah, that's generally what I do. I recently rebuilt, and my current backup isn't super current. But, lesson learned. I'll be keeping a weekly physical backup as well as a mirrored version just in case.
This is also why I don't keep my domain with the same place as my site host. Worst case scenario I can point it where ever I want.
