I chose the easy route to run my Nostream public relay via Railway. The idea was to evaluate how easy it would be for total noobs like me to run one.
It is a pay per usage model, more volume more $.

I'm entering my second month. First bill was around 14$, it looks like it will go at 25$ this month.
Not insignificant but not terrible...
