Everyone posting that all they do is eat meat. I tried it for five months and my electrolytes got outta whack. Added raw milk, raw honey, and fruit to my meat based diet and muscle cramps gone. Is there something I was missing with #carnivore? Or are all yall full of shit? I'm not trying to hate. I did it and it was terrible.
It’s all a balance tbh I could never be fully carnivore as I like to eat other things lol
