Everyone posting that all they do is eat meat. I tried it for five months and my electrolytes got outta whack. Added raw milk, raw honey, and fruit to my meat based diet and muscle cramps gone. Is there something I was missing with #carnivore? Or are all yall full of shit? I'm not trying to hate. I did it and it was terrible.

Nope I’m with you, I think any diet that extreme is going to cause deficiency somewhere along the line as well 🤷♂️✌️💪
Yes they’re full of shit, just eat like a hunter gatherer, no processed food and all good
Very few people actually follow a 100% carnivore diet, at least for the majority of their time on it. My diet consists of 90-95% meat, eggs, butter, salt and water; the remainder is pretty much dairy and occasional fruits.
Apart from electrolytes, it's recommended to initially transition slowly into a carnivore diet throughout 6-8 weeks to avoid a lot of the issues that one can suffer. Also, make sure you're getting enough fat, avoiding eating lean meat and if you do, add plenty of extra fat. Ear until the meat stops tasting good, a lot of people undereat. Cheers!
