Yep and when they smash into each other you can hear bones crunch. Not the nicest sport for a mother to watch but these young lads sure are impressive athletes. 🙏😎

yeah afl is hectic. definitely not my sports ball of choice and something i’ve steered my kids away from. not sure BJJ is an improvement tho 😂

What’s BJJ … yeah I’m not going to lie I hate him playing it. But he says he’ll give it a couple more seasons then he’ll stick to basketball.

He certainly isn’t scared of the ball - typical ranga!!! 😅😂

brazilian jiu jitsu

Oh that’s gnarly as f

😅😅😅😅

😂

I think any sport a kid goes hard at is going to have its downside but afl is the worst!!

for sure. lots of upsides too. it’s mostly great when i consider the possibilities

Discipline is always a GREAT teacher!

And yes I hate the culture too but my kid is a coastal lad so I don’t know if that smoothes out the edges - they don’t tend to hang in the city clubbing and he has the hottest girlfriend (since he was 16 with no chance of them breaking up) so I’ve been lucky there!

Plus I raised him right! 😎🧡😅

being far from the soys in the city for sure a huge plus. and would expect nothing less from a bitcoiner mum 🫡

He was a Bitcoiner at 14 that’s pretty crazy!! He even has his girl stacking!

We are a pretty tight family. We are fiery but definetly live free!

Raising them I had two rules curiosity and manners. Seems to have worked although like all kids they can be lil a-hokes too.

But feeling very blessed.

Thanks for the zap.

This platform truly humbled me to the core. 🙏😎

for me it’s also the cultural side of it that i don’t like. but kids like what they like, and thats one of those beautiful and challenging lessons for the parents. there are many worse things they could be doing!
