I think the kind of marketing that that existed before Bernays was fair game: here is this product , this is what it does , this is the price , logo and tagline .

But the psychological warfare unit is called in any time some company needs an add for something , and now , thanks to the restructuring of the financial word visa-vi ESG's , companies are incentivised to toe the line politically , even if it means risking loss of revenue in the short term .

The fiat printer has created all sorts of manic distortion in the free market that I couldn't blame someone for thinking that things like marketing and capitalism are the devils work , because it is centralised in the hands of devils , and they make the rules .
