Look I’ll be honest. I’ve been a HUGE Nostr hater.

I honestly can’t fucking use this damn app and it makes me feel like an idiot. I have NO IDEA why you guys like it

I follow people that I never end up following, I write messages I can’t see, and the only advice I get is to do a bunch of random technical hoo-ha

But yesterdays Twitter hack was a BIG wake-up call. I got almost no help from centralized Twitter

So I’m going to commit to spending 30 minutes a day to try to figure Nostr out, okay? 🤝

the tech is cool and powerful and a little abrasive. but it's a net good for speech and freedom, and is already interoperable with the internet of money ₿ at the user's discretion.
