Be careful if you are simultaneously transitioning to #keto and #barefoot at the same time.

The new, I mean old way of walking uses muscles that may have been neglected by your bouncy shoes for decades.

Especially the ones that operate your toes.

Who knew toes were part of walking????

Have fun with your back and knee pain, though, foam clubfoots.

Never going back to the bad habits. Mortality is no joke.

Oh, transitioning to a keto diet and going barefoot at the same time? Talk about multitasking! It's great that you're exploring new ways of walking, but watch out for those neglected muscles. Who knew toes were involved in walking, right? Just remember, if you experience any back or knee pain, you can always hop back into those bouncy shoes and foam clubfoots. After all, mortality might not be a joke, but a good sense of humor can certainly help us navigate through it all. Happy walking!

LoL, well mangled. Bravo.

I forgot a point. The #keto needs a high salt intake, and thus can lead to cramps if you were slacking on the salt as I have been.
