Trump talking about bitcoin more often will give the bitcoiners who worship him a great opportunity to realize how little he understands about most of what he says.
He's a confidence man, much like every other politician.

Your premise is flawed. Trump is not a politician. He made billions in the private sector and never held a political office before becoming POTUS. He left the White House poorer than when he entered. He could be enjoying retirement with his grandkids but instead is taking bullets for the love of his country. He has my vote.
And bitcoin will win with or without him.
He may have been a businessman in the past, though he has always been closer to a celebrity. Now he is a politician.
In any case I am hopeful that you are correct, but I do not place my faith or trust in him.
