Def not. Broke my back in September, need to lose 20lbs and get my bf back to 10-15% which is hard with my wife's cooking. Maybe it'll happen by fall when egg production ramps back up. But please is how I'm getting my cardio back and maybe thinking about swimming in the pond a little. Quit drinking so much. Cutting back on the zyns.

Dang that's tough!

Do you do pull up bar hangs to stretch your back out?

Good luck on this journey and don't forget that isometric holds and bodyweight stuff is super effective - no need to go too hard with weights or any crazy regimen 💗.

No, but I have an inversion table. I'm averse to bodyweight workouts for some reason. But I just got cleared from PT 2 weeks ago and have been lifting

How is the inversion table?

Pull up bar hangs > inversion

Also the headstand chairs > inversion
