In 2017 when bitcoin fees were insane, we were in the endgame of the Blocksize War. Big-block BCashers were spamming the blockchain to make it unusable. We didn’t have the Lightning Network and there were no good ways around paying fees except using centralized exchanges. Now what are they doing? Overpaying miners to try to inconvenience and demoralize us? You’re gonna have to do better than that now.
