I had a fat friend that had these words on a T-shirt.
He also had, "I may be fat, but you're ugly, and at least I can diet" on a T-shirt.
Which turned out to be true.
His mum was a feeder, but he had a health scare before he was even 30. So he got himself an exercise bike, rode that thing every day, cut out crap food, and ate lots of meat.
There was a good looking guy under the fat, and now he's has a lovely wife and child.
This is the way. I have a similar story. I was quite heavy, dropped 40% of my weight through diet and exercise. Life is better 🚀
