It maxes out at 120, same as 2.000, 20.000 and 200.000 years ago. Not one day added yet.

Sure, but not one day added to the max lifespan. It was ~120 at Jesus' time and it's still 120 today.
Nor should we. Science advances one funeral at a time.
If we master immortality that would be the end of human progress.
