I don’t like the texture.
I eat 1/2 ounce per day for the nutrients. This is how I do it:
- buy fresh grass fed lever
- chop it into 1/2 ounce pieces and freeze it
- take out a piece every day
- slice it even smaller when it’s frozen (like small pills)
- take a glass of water and swallow the pills with it
And that’s how you have lots of nutrients daily. You will feel like a super human, I guarantee it.
Or if you less of a savage… put it into flour and fry it with onions.

Flour is a no go for me
And only if you fry it in beef tallow, definitely not seed oils 😅
