This episodes shitstain was my least favorite. A side must be chosen in life or life chooses one for you. No fence sitting. "See what happens" is not an option. "Trust the experts" is not good enough anymore. People are corruptible.

I am missing what you miss about my decision. It's like saying a 3rd party vote is a wasted vote in presidential elections, or that consciously abstaining from the vote is an invalid option.

I've chosen inaction, which currently aligns with Core. Unlike the flooded kitchen, my node is in healthy working order. So if nothing is broken, why would I preemptively tinker with it? Bandwagoning is a huge red flag to me.
