You need to copy the address / url of a photo you want to use. Easiest is go to your twitter profile pic, right click, copy image url, then paste that in Nostr
Upload a photo to this link. It’ll size it right for your profile. You just copy/paste the address into the photo field of your profile.

I’ve been uploading directly to my hosting through a Wordpress install and then posting the link directly: great for short videos but sketch for longer, loading slow etc
