If you read the lengthy post about Luke Dashjr I published earlier this week, this latest insanity should not surprise you in the least.

i assumed he wanted to hardfork but this is another level

I am shocked that he escalated this quickly! But I hope knots is dead now. But maybe some of the energy and sentiment can go into some other bitcoin implementation. Competition is good, but the craziness is bad...

I have been wondering over the last few days whether all this is an orchestrated FUD attack a la the SCO thing for Linux. Someone paying a few people on both sides to stir up shit. To make Bitcoin seem like a bad investment.

What I don't get is how Adam Back & the game theory experts at core didn't see any of this playing out

They did.

You posting this exactly at the same time as L0la, you need to be less obvious about your coordinated attacks

Thanks Luke for the sat discount I guess...

How did you verify the authenticity of these ios messages? Please enlighten us.

Such an organic coordinated attack. The WSJ is taking notes

Jameson and many others sharing the article with a sentence or two implying its authenticity are complete hypocrites. One day advocating for nostr due to cryptographucally signed messages being the only way to verify authenticity of someones posts, the next day... this.

They have no way to verifiy the authenticity. They do this because they are dishonest. They know they have no way to verify it.

Cryptographically*

TLDR

Ad hominem attacks are best kept to a few bad words or a clever quip.
