Use FFMPEG and a script. That tool is a fucking godsend. I’ve built a few simple scripts with ChatGPT that do similar. You might just have to play around with settings a bit to get things optimized, but it’ll save a literal duck load of data.

A REALLY good one is to automatically convert GIFs to WEBP. Literally like 80% data savings. WEBP doesn’t have the best compatibility in file system viewers (so harder to preview on the computer) but they work great in the browser.
