The body's immunology is a miracle. Give it what it needs, avoid what it doesn't. Thing is, we want it both ways. To stuff our faces with shit, drink alcohol, do drugs and bathe ourselves in blue light, then cheer for "modern medicine" to defrag our putridly inept immune system, while exclaiming, "it's not my fault, it's my genes"
