-Refusal to give up, at the request of the authorities, information or documents necessary for the realization off law enforcement action
-Complicity in possession of child pornographic images
-Complicity in acquisition, transporting, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs
-Involvement in money laundering offences
-Providing illegal cryptographic services (privacy)
The critical question is:
- how is complicity and involvement constructed?

Every iPhone and Android that host Telegram is complicit. Every chip maker that supply these phones is complicit. Every miner that mines lithium that makes the batteries that goes into the phones is complicit. How far do these idiots want to push this?
