Well, he does work for the government. Always suspected him of being a spook, so the fact that they ordered him to take it down kind of invalidates the spook angle a bit.
He's just a Bitcoiner that works for the government. There are probably thousands like him. He's just the most vocal.
Clearly some bullshit viral marketing thing he’s trying to do.
It probably has something to do with STOP FUCKING PUBLISHING UNFINISHED THESIS LIKE THEY ARE SPECIAL.
The dude just wanted to grift money, since once the thesis gets accepted it's free

Maybe they think the idea’s worth looking into/pursuing so they want don’t want it out in the public.
Not sure what they’ll do about all of the books that are already in circulation.
