I Had lower back and sciatica problems. I’m not sure of you have an exercise routine but monster walks and similar resistance exercises focused on the legs really helped me recover last time I tweaked my back.

Not sure about that. I’d probably count it in portability, as “theft resistance” allows you to transport money more easily over space and time. Side note, The 7th Property is all about “censorship resistance” as a new property of money.
