what about whitelisting approved npubs instead of blacklisting offending npubs? might be overkill

Set your feed to paid relays only.

I just mute them...and then, over time, my mute list grows and my spam decreases significantly.

I also tend to focus on content from my "Follows" and "Tribe" where I know there's always great content to read. 😃
