These sorts of questions always give me bad feels because it means that there are people with jobs that don't involve staring at screens all day and night.
Like, what if you're a Kotlin or PWA dev, or testing apps on your phone, or something? Then it's probably like 4+ hours/day, and you take breaks by looking at your laptop monitor. 😅

Its not about screentime indeed, but what you do with that time. If I use my navigation app in the car, its very high but also productive.

What I don't do a lot of, that I'd like to do more of, is just scroll my feed and look at what other people post.
I try to carve out some time for that, once or twice per day, and I do that on my phone, so that I'm not distracted by notifications from GitHub, or Slack, or whatnot.
