我觉得就是是炒作，我试了一下安装 拼多多的apk在模拟器上；符合google自己的描述的2

3. Remove the app automatically. In most cases, if a harmful app has been detected, you will get a notification saying the app was removed.”

在模拟器里显示的是“拼多多 was disabled because it puts your device at risk”； icon还在，也能看app的信息，不过打不开了；可以再把它enable
