I've heard this story countless times in the health-sphere.

Cutting out all blue light (LEDs, screens) and sticking exclusively to warm light (yellow/red, toxin-free candles) is a game-changer for improving sleep and healing your natural circadian rhythm.

Fixing the light itself should be priority #1, but if you have no choice (ex: working late somewhere that has piercing LED light), blue-blocker glasses are a must. You will likely notice a sizeable improvement in sleep quality very quickly.

The problem is when I actually want to work late, I have to ditch all this orange/night light stuff to stay awake 😆

100,000% this. I now have evening lighting that's 1800K lamps. And during the day I still have the warm white leds everywhere else.

My gauge for when to switch is when the white light seems unnatural, so I turn them off and start the "firelights." No screens of mine emit blue light after dark. And I no longer have any urge to work late anyway.

My wife got me readers that do this and my migraines improved dramatically

This is a great first research project for you Ben! Do the fucking work for yourself once so you can begin to understand what a tool you currently are - proof of work will make you a better Ben, Ben.

I’ve heard about this for a long time now, and I definitely need to test out some good blue-blocker glasses. I love watching TV at night—it’s my only time to relax once the kids are asleep. We always use warm lights at home; it’s a better ambiance, and I can’t stand white light. My eyes are super sensitive to it.

I’m curious if blue-blocker glasses will make a difference for me. If anyone has a good brand they love, let me know!

Definitely try it!! Ra Optics are the ones I have, they work great

Thanks I will check them out 😎
