I think its very possibke that MK ULTRA is now being done on a world scale.
No one would debate the world has gone mad in recent years.

I think MK Ultra grew and developed in two directions, one the school of the Americas mostly operating in South America and the other testing and training elementary school kids in the US and other five eyes countries.
I am curious why you believe it's global now? (Not disagreeing just curious)
