#75hard #lftnchallenge Day 3
1. The below item almost nailed me yesterday even though i usually drink a gallon of water
(Dring 1 gallon of water)
2. 2 45 min workouts (did overtime today to finish the route)
3. Read 10 pages
4. Take a photo of your progress
5. Follow a diet (ketovore...i was off keto right before this and today is keto flu day. The workouts helped with that a ton)
And yes I know my public photos are not of me. That is with intention
