Apparently you can't use cakepay from @cakewallet with a VPN anymore. You now have to check a box saying your not using a VPN or a proxy in order to buy a prepaid debit card or any giftcard with $XMR. This sucks but I suppose you are going to dox your location when you use the giftcard you buy anyways.

What the influencers and shills never tell you
the whole buying giftcards and prepaid visas and then doxing yourself when you use the product ( in most cases ) has never made sense to me and no one seems to talks about it.
tbh it doesn't seem to actually check if you are using a VPN
There are still a few others but havent used them for awhile so can't say if they are doing the same thing/same providers or not
