When people say carnivore diet, is it really nothing but meat? No milk, no eggs, no vegetables, fruits?
Day 30 of carnivore today. I’m going to stop counting from here because it feels like a really natural thing to stick with. My guts finally don’t hurt after a lifetime of pain. My eyes and skin are clear and I’m sleeping and training well.
Let’s not talk about the occasional drizzle of maple syrup I still have on top of a dollop of cream though 🤭

It really depends. For me, it's all animal foods like meat & fat, organs, eggs, and dairy.
Yeah, it can just be meat and organs.
I’m going to keep eggs and small amounts of dairy. Dairy is addictive though so have to be careful not to guts it.
That Paul Saladino guy eats fruit and honey but I think he surfs a lot and lives in a humid climate. I’m not good with fruit and veg.
Interesting! I should do some research
