And people use the US dollar to buy and sell drugs but that seems to get a free pass. And people use cars, planes, boats, trucks, airports, roads, tunnels, shovels, warehouses, homes, and lots of other things to facilitate the illegal transportation, buying and selling of drugs. Maybe we should ban all of those? Criminals will always find a way to be criminals.
