I like Session, but also think that nostr protocol is a much better solution. 0xChat is part way to making it work comfortably.

Agreed, although 0xChat seems to have slowed down development.

Also, we need alternatives to 0xChat, there was a product announcement recently something like "whitelabel" that seemed to be a good alternative.

Can you remember what it was called?

I agree on the development paralysis, and I too have been looking for an alternative. I don't know of one.

I think you might be referring to nostr:npub1whtn0s68y3cs98zysa4nxrfzss5g5snhndv35tk5m2sudsr7ltms48r3ec? Very new... so, I'm not sure it's ready to be a good alternative to anything yet... but it sounds very promising.

Yes, that was it šŸ™

I’m focusing on developing 0xchat lite version - xchat (a Nostr MLS private messaging client) for the time being, but xchat and 0xchat will share some core code. So future updates will be synchronized.

Thank you for your contributions šŸ™

This is crazy a lite chat app for a chat app for a social network with chat in it. The redundency is real. People just like to jump from chat apps. Like fleas

I get it. XChat and 0xchat are already different apps — XChat is a lightweight MLS client focused on private closed-network chats, while 0xchat is the full open-network social version. Different entry points for different needs.
