he's spot on about everything he talks about. i first discovered him like 2011-2012. i earth. i shun wifi and mobile internet because of what he said about it. his diet prescription was the first that worked for me, and it's a lot like Ray Peat's stuff but more generalized. IMO carnivore is useful as elimination diet but paleo is what you should be eating.
