Fats don't make people fat. Excess calories do.

I've been mostly carnivore(eat bananas and lol bit of honey) and high fat for 2 years now, and am down to 10% body fat from 20.

Moderate eating and working out or at least being active is required in life.

Not really. This only happens in conjuction with a distorted insulin response.

I eat mass quantities of ribeye and butter. I dropped 30 lbs in a month last summer.

Then you aren't eating too many calories... Your body has activity and a high metabolism.

Go watch the letter Kenny episode on who can eat more meat lol.
